The best months to see Paris are

April : The trees of Paris are beautiful during first weeks of the Spring.

July, August : In summer the city is lively and we have open terraces.  Cafés, bars, restaurants are allowed to dress tables in the streets of the city.

November (thanksgiving) and December (Christmas) are also great times to see Paris in winter Christmassy decorations.
